Masingita Mining Equity concept goes beyond just the employment of staff in line with South African Demographics, but seeks to endeavour ownership of tasks and work psychosis as supposed to job psychosis. The Group has been using this philosophy in the other sister companies and now at Masingita Mining.
It is the philosophy of our company to promote teamwork and therefore all personnel are encouraged to come forward with ideas and solutions to ensure efficient and optimal performance of the company. It is also our philosophy to train and educate our personnel to the benefit of the company and the mining operations. Therefore Masingita Mining will continue to train its personnel in any mining and or diamond related disciplines, particularly the latest mining technologies.
It is our philosophy to promote teamwork and therefore all personnel are encouraged to come forward with ideas and solutions to insure efficient and optimal working environment. Our company policies will be adjusted on time based on the changes with our countries labour relation act.
Our Human Resources department will continuously look for talent locally and internationally in the industry. And from the outset, all staff members will have job descriptions, a career path, and record of appraisals. With these systems in place, we will be able to plan ahead and have mechanisms to keep our trained staff.
Equipments
The strategy is to have skilled people who will use equipments in the most efficient manner. The communication between the pit and the office will be electronic. The office will know at any given point what is happening in the pit, any problems with equipment and all related matters will be attended to immediately.
